About the Role

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and provide creative solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems
