Senior TD Wet Process Development Position

We are seeking a skilled Senior Engineer to develop and optimize wet process development for advanced NAND part types.

  • Develop and refine unit processes to meet yield and quality targets.
  • Quantify the benefits of innovative process solutions and equipment upgrades.
  • Integrate and troubleshoot processes as part of cross-functional teams.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes and collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement changes.
  • Conduct fundamental research, hardware evaluations, and testing to support novel applications.
  • Design and execute experiments to increase process margins and assess manufacturability of next-generation solutions.
  • Implement advanced process monitoring and control methodologies.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's, master's, or Ph.D. degree in Materials Science, Chemical/Microelectronic Engineering, or Chemistry.

  • Strong understanding of chemistry, chemical kinetics, thermodynamics, and mass transport principles.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Semiconductor Equipment/Process development is preferred.
