Wet Process Tool Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Tool Performance and Availability Specialist to improve tool performance and availability in our 300mm semiconductor wafer manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct fundamental alarm troubleshooting, identify root cause, and problem-solve critical equipment issues with urgency.
- Execute tool handovers and maintenance reporting per cleanroom standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve tool performance and availability.
- Manage spare part inventory and coordinate with vendors or contractors for parts replacement and technical support.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on advanced 300mm semiconductor tools for wet process.
- Diagnose equipment issues and minimize downtime to ensure stable production output.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field, and experience in a 12'' (300mm) fab environment is highly preferred.
