Senior PVD Process Engineer

At a cutting-edge manufacturing facility, we require a highly skilled professional to oversee and optimize PVD processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot PVD process issues and train production staff to resolve quality-related problems efficiently.
  • Develop and evaluate new processes/packages to enhance process capability and implement Continuous Improvement Programs to improve yield and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with EE to set up FDC controls for PVD, plasma, and oven operations.
  • Provide technical training to production staff on process issues encountered in the manufacturing line.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure successful implementation of new processes/packages.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, with exposure to lithography or dry processes (plasma, sputtering) or wet processes (electrochemical plating, wet etching).
  • Statistical (SPC) and analytical skills (problem-solving methodologies) are essential.
  • Familiarity with JMP and data analytical software.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience with CAD and statistical software is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with metrology tools such as profiler, OM, film thickness measurement, and four-point probe is an added advantage.
