Job Title: Project Estimator and Surveyor

This role involves all responsibilities associated with a Quantity Surveyor position.

  • Liaising and establishing relationships with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, and developers is essential.
  • The ability to prepare cost estimations, quantity take-offs, and cost evaluations is crucial.
  • Evaluating Contract/Sub-Contract works is also a key responsibility.
  • In addition, the successful candidate will be involved in other Contracts Administration activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed project estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment costs.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize project profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations.
  • Provide expert advice on construction management, quantity surveying, and administration best practices.

Requirements:

  • A standard 5-day workweek is expected.
