Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the preparation of tender documentation and pricing, monitoring progress claims and payments, cost planning and cost control, and providing detailed drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in pre/post contract administration and the preparation of tender documentation and pricing.
  • Prepare and assist in monitoring the progress claims and payments.
  • Perform cost planning and cost control.
  • Preparation of monthly valuations for progress payments, and assist in verifying subcontractor claims.
  • Settle contractual disputes and prepare final accounts.
  • In charge of material takeoff, cost & estimate of projects.
  • Overall responsible in providing detailed, requirement and working drawings.
  • Ensure compliance of drawings with regulatory specifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Building / Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Good Negotiating Skills.
  • Must be meticulous with positive work attitude.
  • Committed, analytical and able to meet tight scheduled duties assigned.
  • Independent and a good team player.
