Talent Acquisition Leader

About the Role

We seek a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to drive our global hiring initiatives. This role will oversee end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, lead a high-performing team, and implement key hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Strategy & System Development
    • Develop an annual talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives;
    • Define role profiles and recruitment priorities;
    • Design and optimize scalable hiring processes across regions.
  • Talent Pipeline Building & Executive Hiring
    • Proactively identify and engage high-potential candidates;
    • Establish sourcing strategies through partnerships and internal referrals;
    • Analyze talent market trends and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Recruitment Process Optimization & Employer Branding
    • Enhance end-to-end hiring processes including JD standardization and interviewer training;
    • Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive employer branding and social media outreach;
    • Implement learning sessions for TA-related topics.
  • New Market Talent Infrastructure
    • Build localized recruitment channels for newly established offices or markets;
    • Conduct market research and establish compliant hiring practices in new regions.
  • Team Management & Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Lead and develop the TA team;
    • Act as a key liaison between HR and business units.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related disciplines;
  • 8+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to multinational companies;
  • Strong knowledge of talent markets and hiring regulations;
  • Proven success in building and optimizing recruitment systems;
  • Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
