You will be jointly supervised by academic and industry mentors, and are expected to contribute to impactful solutions that address real-world challenges.

Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our initiative between academia and industry. As a collaborative candidate, you will have the opportunity to work on a project aligned with the company's business and technological needs. You will spend at least 50% of your time at the company's premises working closely with both academic and industry supervisors throughout the research.

  • You will conduct in-depth research, collaborate closely with supervisors, and spend significant time at the company's premises.
  • You will prepare and publish academic papers or technical reports where applicable, participate in regular reviews, seminars, and research milestone assessments.
  • You will present findings to both academic and industry stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
  • You should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computing, science, or a related field.
  • You should have a strong academic background and interest in applied research.
  • You should be able to commit full-time for the duration of the program.
  • You should align with the project's research focus area.
  • You should meet university admission requirements for postgraduate research degrees.
  • You should possess strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • You should be self-driven and capable of working independently and in cross-functional teams.
