Senior Clinical Research Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Research Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clinical trials from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement trial management plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, clinical researchers, and data analysts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of trial progress, including participant enrollment, data collection, and study close-out.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and company standards.
- Provide training and support to junior staff members.
Requirements:
- PPhD or post-doctoral research experience in a relevant field, such as infectious disease.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical trial management, preferably in a CRO environment.
- Proven track record of delivering trials on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
