Job Description

As a Regulated LNG Coordinator, you will play a key role in commercial operations and strategic planning, working closely with industry key players to schedule their regasified LNG portfolio and forecasted demand. This involves managing the flow of natural gas from various terminals to meet the needs of customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regasified-LNG Scheduling: Manage scheduling activities on an hourly and daily basis, ensuring that nominations received from terminal customers are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Terminal Operations: Oversee onsite matters at terminal facilities, including customer requests for terminal visits, gas meter calibration, jetty maintenance planning, and surveyor-related matters for unloading and reloading activities.
  • LNG and Gas Monitoring: Analyze LNG and gas specifications, landing pressures, and customers' actual hourly offtakes for abnormalities and non-conformance.
Reporting and Analytics
  • Generate reports (hourly, daily, monthly, and yearly) for internal and external stakeholders, providing valuable insights into terminal operations and customer needs.
  • Settlement and Billing: Support monthly settlement/billing activities by verifying monthly meter allocation data, terminal capacity booking, and truck slot bookings.
Stakeholder Management
  • Operational Relations: Develop and maintain operational relations with external counterparties, including customers, upstream shipping operations, PowerGas, EMA, PSO, and MPA.
