About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our organization. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business growth through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Understand clients' needs and provide expert advice to meet their requirements.
  • Be familiar with our products and services and make recommendations based on clients' needs.
  • Build good rapport and establish strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals.
  • Handle customer feedback and concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum (GCE) Ordinary Level or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong aptitude in promotional techniques without hard selling.
  • Result-driven and service-oriented individual.
  • Able to work independently as well as being a team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to handle service and sales-oriented environment.
  • Able to work confidently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidate with beauty/spa certificate will be an advantage.
  • Able to communicate effectively with clients regarding their queries and concerns.
