- Create standardized training decks for coaching clients, covering topics such as resume writing, interviewing skills, and personal branding.
- Design and execute a marketing campaign to launch the Redesign Your Career initiative to the public.
- Provide career coaching sessions to clients under the Redesign Your Career initiative.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure the initiative aligns with our organization's overall vision, mission, and branding.
- Singaporean and/or Singapore PR status.
- Completion of a coach certification recognized by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
- Strong knowledge of career development and job search strategies.
- Proficiency in online coaching and the use of online coaching tools.

- Strong collaborative spirit, communication skills, and self-management abilities.
