Job Title: OpenShift Cloud Architect

  • A high-performing and scalable containerized application architect with expertise in OpenShift.
Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing cloud-based infrastructure for enterprise applications.
  • Utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to automate provisioning and configuration management processes.
  • Building continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automating the provisioning and management of infrastructure components.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between infrastructure and application requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation for cloud environments.
  • Providing technical assessments and advisory services for cloud migration, installation, and upgrade/migration of OCP environments.
  • Onboarding and optimizing applications on the OpenShift platform.
  • Implementing best practices for containerization, orchestration, and automation using OpenShift.
  • Troubleshooting Red Hat OCP configuration and services issues.
  • Managing OpenShift clusters for performance, availability, and capacity planning.
Requirements:
  • Expert-level knowledge of OpenShift, containerization, and cloud computing.
  • Experience with IaC tools such as Ansible and/or Terraform.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
