Precast Production Engineer

At PENTA-OCEAN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED, we are seeking a highly skilled Precast Production Engineer to lead and manage our Precast Concrete Production in Factory. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring production procedure, sequence, method as per the established MS/SWP/RA/PQP/ITP and coordinating all interfacing details with architectural, structural and M&E components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage Precast Concrete Production in Factory
  • Understand design drawings/production drawings and conduct own quality check
  • Coordinate among all the relevant parties, ex. Construction dept., PCa supplier, M&E/Architectural specialist, RTO, RA, PE for production and inspection in Factory
  • Ensure production procedure, sequence, method as per the established MS/SWP/RA/PQP/ITP
  • Coordinate all interfacing details with architectural, structural and M&E components
  • Monitor progress of production and submit progress report regularly to the PCA Production Manager and Construction dept
  • Keep all the production records and upload to PMIS
  • Direct and manage Supplier and Contractors to rectify if any defect/non-conformity prior to delivery to site
Requirements:
  • Min 5 years experience in Precast Production Control
  • Possess a Diploma/ Degree in Architectural / Building/ Construction Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Good communication skills and a team player
  • Attentive to details
  • Familiar with ICTs, Digital Progress control/monitor
  • Experience of PBU and/or PPVC Production control in min One Singapore project
