Medical Transportation Driver

  • We are seeking a Medical Transportation Driver to join our team and provide professional, caring service to patients while in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe and reliable transportation for patients to their medical appointments.
  • Maintain patient safety by adhering to safe systems of work, following Standard Operational Procedures (SOP), and completing all paperwork accurately and legibly.
  • Ensure appropriate reaching, lifting, and handling techniques are applied when moving patients under non-emergency conditions.
  • Carry out informal and formal risk assessments to identify hazards and implement safe systems of work to reduce risks.
  • Report defects and deficiencies of the vehicle and equipment, and check all inventory items are on date before use.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 3/3A Singapore driving license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
  • Physically fit and able to assist patients in and out of the vehicle when needed.
  • Pleasant personality with a strong passion for helping people, including the elderly and patients with mobility challenges.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact respectfully and patiently with clients, caregivers, and medical personnel.
  • Prior ambulance or medical transport driving experience is an added advantage.
  • Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident with a clean driving record.
