We introduced ourTXpert Ecosystem launching the next level for digitalization of transformers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project execution in line with contract scope, schedule, and conditions, ensuring proactive planning, monitoring, and control of scope, time, and cost.
  • Develop and manage project schedules and documentation, coordinating with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and ensure timely approvals.
  • Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring contractual commitments are met and fostering trust and satisfaction through consistent communication.
  • Evaluate and identify risks in projects proactively and implement mitigating actions.

Requirements:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
  • More than 7 years of experience in project management in the transformer industry or similar in high voltage (HV) equipment.
  • PMP Certified or equivalent certification completed is a must.
  • Strong and demonstrated experience in management of scope, cost, schedules and vendor/subcontractors.
  • Experience in coordinating multiple key stakeholders/teams in global locations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You will be working on managing project deliverables, developing and managing project schedules and documentation, coordinating with internal teams and customers, and evaluating and identifying risks in projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and strong organizational skills.
