Communicate with various stakeholders and independently present solutions for obtaining buy-in. Drive on-ground adoption and implementation of solutions with users and address issues dynamically. Develop Standard Operating Practices and process flows, work process instructions, training and other implementation strategies for POC projects. Evaluate/review safety of operations including cranes, lifting plans, RA and modes/sequencing of operations. Minimum 5 years working experience as project manager / project lead. Drive on-ground implementation of innovative solutions with users. Possess design/critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS word programs (Power point, Word, Excel, etc.) and possess good presentation skills. Ability to generate cost models and test financial feasibility Able to independently manage projects and make decisions on-ground. Knowledge of engineering or supply chain processes.
