Senior Conference Manager

This position involves planning, executing and managing conferences efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include coordinating all event logistics, working with vendors to determine costs associated with producing a conference, developing and monitoring timelines and budgets, and overseeing processes and site work to ensure vendor deliverables are met.
- Plan, coordinate and manage conferences from inception to completion
- Work closely with caterers, venues and other vendors to ensure seamless execution of events
- Develop and manage event budgets, timelines and itineraries
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, attendee registrations and vendor deliverables
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, as well as a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Event Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Association management or related field
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Good comprehension of conference and association matters
