Home Healthcare Professional Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional in-home care to our valued clients.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to make a positive impact in the lives of our key stakeholders. As an In-Home Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for managing their overall health and well-being.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the overall health and well-being of our key stakeholders.
  • Provide personalized, patient-focused care, including regular monitoring of glucose and blood pressure, along with lifestyle and dietary support.
  • Administer medication and ensure timely meal consumption.
  • Conduct routine medical assessments and physical health checks.
  • Deliver medical and physical care while accompanying our key stakeholders during travel.

Requirements:

  • Must be an SNB-registered nurse with at least 3 years of nursing experience.
  • Comfortable caring for the elderly.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when necessary.
