Job Title: Temp PSA Role

  • Working Days and Hours: Any 5 days from Mon to Sat, Sunday and PH off. Working hours: 42 hours per week; Staggered timing for Mon to Fri / / ); Sat (0700 – 1600)

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining service standards for scheduling and bed booking calls. He/She will follow appointment scheduling procedures and guidelines, disseminate hospital and departmental updates effectively, ensure calls are answered within 3 rings or 30 seconds using standard greetings, and handle difficult customers and apply service recovery protocols.
