**Job Details**
**PSA / Administration Coordinator**
**What you will do**:
Plan and coordinate with customer for PSA (Preventive Service Agreement)
Provide administrative supports for Service operation team.
**How you will do it**:
- Ensure customer gets: service quality, continuous and effective communication, expected time to delivery
- To understand the scope of works, type of equipment in the maintenance contract
- Keep the service sales updated with follow ups on the service visits
- **Understand the system or chiller unit issue and update to customer on findings from service engineers visit**
- **To keep track on going L&M works and planned for maintenance visit accordingly**
- Coordinate with customer for service schedule as per the interval required
- Plan engineers’ assignment to Work order, regarding scope, requirements, complexity, and expertise.
- Manage sub-contractor for maintenance visits
- Keep track on all the pre-requisition for service engineers prior visit to customer site
- Dispatch work order to service engineers to carry out all jobs
- Make arrangement for PSA contract, ensure spare parts are delivered on time
- Improve spare parts and works preparation to avoid delay due to unforeseen,
- Clarify with customer on the maintenance scope of works and ensure service engineers have completed the tasks
- Raise purchase request for material under cost center or CAPEX
- Make sure service reports are signed off, prepare claim and trigger billings to customer upon completion of visits
- Follow up with payment receivable status
- Keep utilization of service engineers to occupy service engineers working hours
- Ensure quality and good level of communication with customers in order to continue with new maintenance contract
- Manage service engineers timesheet, to make correction when required
- Assist service project engineer and service engineers in administrative works,
- Provide administrative support to IR Malaysia/Indonesia office and Vietnam team
- To maintain service tools records, to schedule for tools inspection with service engineers to ensure all tools in good condition
- Keep special service hand tools available in office store and spare for emergency
**What we look for**:
- University degree or advance student. Mechanical, Electric, Electronics or Industrial Engineering.
- Min 2 years in a multinational company working in team leadership and coordination, and project management.
- Advanced or High Intermediate skills with MS Office, Excel
- Software knowledge (e.g, performance charts, analysis, project management, presentations)
- Customer focus and on results
- Leadership and teams coordination
- Effective communication
- Proactivity
