Job Overview

They should have a strong understanding of accounting procedures and regulations, with experience in handling large volumes of incoming payments from customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full spectrum of Account Receivables, including catering/trading division updates and timely invoicing for intercompany reimbursement and disbursement.
  • Prepare monthly Statements of Account (SOA) and intercompany billing, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to AR Manager.
  • Follow up with Sales Team and Corporate Customers on payment status for outstanding and overdue invoices.
  • Process refund/credit notes submitted by the operation team, ensuring all necessary signatories and supporting documents are obtained.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent in Accounting, with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Finance or Accounts Receivable.
  • Familiarity with MS Dynamic NAV is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin speaking counterparts.
