Responsibilities
  1. Manage the daily operational AR/collections activities and month-end/quarter-end close process to ensure accuracy in financial accounts and meet deadlines.
  2. Implement and maintain financial controls, including bank reconciliations, AR/debtors reconciliations, and other tasks.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on receivables and collection matters, resolving irregularities and addressing external queries.
  4. Contribute to the development of recommendations for streamlining AR reporting processes and systems enhancements.
  5. Support finance management during periodic financial closing activities and external audits, providing assistance with ad-hoc analysis or special projects.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent with recognized accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA).
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SFRS and proficiency in Microsoft applications and SAP accounting software.
  • Excellent planning, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
