Advanced Staining Territory Manager

The role is responsible for driving business volume for advanced staining products across Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
The incumbent will interface with various stakeholders, including Business Unit and Selling Unit organizations, to obtain necessary support to drive sales. Strong connection and communication with sales leadership, including process changes, supply chain, and quality control challenges, are also required.
Liaising and partnering with stakeholders to design and deploy effective communication strategies is a key responsibility of this role. Additionally, building an informal community of in-country champions for advanced staining to share best practices related to marketing, selling, and post-sale activities is essential.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Proven track record of successful sales in the segment of advanced staining and preferable application experience.
- Experience developing high-level relationships in the marketplace.
- Possess a passion and demonstrated success with working across functional teams and being able to pull everyone to the vision.
- Desire to learn business management and financial acumen.
- Passionate about advanced staining and has demonstrated success in improving this product line in your current role.
