Job Title: Site Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee site operations, including daily reporting, planning, and coordination of subcontractors.

  • Lead and supervise site teams of up to 25 persons.
  • Oversee site operations, including daily reporting, planning, scheduling of activities, and coordination of subcontractors.
  • Ensure strict adherence to site safety protocols and compliance with relevant authorities' requirements.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, subcontractors, authorities, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  • Preferably with experience in LTA and PUB projects.
  • Basic experience in dealing with local authorities and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle site challenges effectively.
