Job Title: Site Operations Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on site operations and coordination. They will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with stakeholders to manage progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Lead a team to manage project operations, schedule, and specifications.
- Manage operational costs to maintain cost-effectiveness.
- Manage site document filing and record keeping according to industry standards.
- Manage subcontractors' activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Monitor compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
- Monitor quality of project delivery to ensure it meets project requirements and regulations.
- Oversee the project team and subcontractors to deliver the project on time.
- Provide leadership to the project management and construction team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a similar capacity with extensive knowledge in steel, glass, and building envelopes.
- Ability to manage and lead a project team.
- Able to support tendering activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
