Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of customer service principles.

Job Description:

The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to senior management when necessary.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service, be able to work independently, and have strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Provide solutions to customer complaints and escalate concerns to senior management when necessary.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and senior management.
  • Problem-Solving: Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
