- Dry Cleaning company is looking for committed customer service specialist to help us provide the best in market customer service experience. You should be independent, organized, friendly and proactive in counter service position.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- 5.5 working days, weekend and PH not working.
- Carry out daily shop operation and duties.
- Manage and ensure the cleanliness, opening and closing of shop
- Respond to customer queries, follow the job process as stated in the laundry procedures.
- Ensure all payments received are accurate and tally with the daily sale reports.
- Register new customer & update customer database.

**Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of garment material and laundry cleaning process
- Good command of English in both verbal and written communication
- Confident with a pleasant disposition and well-groomed
- A friendly personality and meticulous working attitude
- Able to work independently.
- Retail or admin experience preferred.
