
Strategic Client Onboarding Specialist

The role provides support to the Manager in facilitating client onboarding, business continuity management and outsourcing oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding:
Coordinate and facilitate meetings with internal stakeholders to support client onboarding, client mandate changes and ad hoc requests as required.
Ensure knowledge of regional AML regulations and compliance policies applicable to the TDGIS business are current and applied on a regular basis.
- Business Continuity Management (BCM):
Support the maintenance of business continuity and resilience plans for the APAC Asset Management functions.
Assist in documenting processes, coordinating drills, and monitoring completion of BCM requirements.
- Vendor Management & Outsourcing:
Support the implementation, monitoring, and oversight of outsourcing programs.
Collaborate with colleagues across the organization on a range of outsourcing activities including advisory, assessment, documentation, controls and due diligence.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is necessary. Additionally, 5-7 years of professional work experience in financial services or a related industry is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills are also necessary, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties.
Proactive and resourceful individuals who can take ownership of tasks and contribute ideas for improvement are encouraged to apply.
