As a sales account manager at a leading IT firm, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to engage corporate customers, understand their IT requirements, and propose suitable solutions.
\You will prepare quotations and proposals covering IT hardware, software, and professional services, ensuring that the customer receives the best possible solution. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build lasting relationships with customers and vendors, while your proactive and independent nature will drive results-driven success.
\To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of IT sales experience, preferably in enterprise IT solutions. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential, along with strong negotiation and CRM skills. Familiarity with enterprise IT solutions, such as servers, storage, networking, cloud, or cybersecurity, is advantageous.

- Attend and contribute to sales meetings, providing updates on pipeline and progress.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and product vendors.
- Continuously upgrade sales and product knowledge through vendor workshops, online trainings, and certifications.
- Work closely with internal teams (technical, operations, finance) to ensure smooth execution of projects and orders.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and training milestones.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and partner activities where required.
