Job Title: Client Relationship Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Client Relationship Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange discovery calls between potential clients and our team members.
  • Coordinate trial sessions between sitters and clients.
  • Set up introductory calls with the team, client, and confinement nannies.
Client & Sitter Communication:
  • Prepare sitter profiles and send them to clients for review and trial arrangement.
  • Check in with clients after trials to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Documentation & Admin:
  • Send contracts to clients, agreements to nannies, and other required documents.
  • Collect documents or information from clients/sitters and upload them into our content management system.
  • Provide general assistance to the sales team on ad-hoc matters.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
  • Customer-focused with a friendly, professional manner.
  • Comfortable using basic tech tools (email, messaging platform, and CRM).
  • Prior experience in sales support coordination, admin, or secretarial work is an advantage.
