Job Title:

Design and Deliver Mechanical Solutions

We seek a skilled professional with expertise in mechanical engineering to drive project success. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review contract documents to ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Prepare MTOs (Material Take-Offs) and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for construction projects.
  • Study drawings and specifications to identify potential issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Interface with clients to discuss project progress and resolve any concerns.
  • Manage site activities, including supervising site workers, subcontractors, and main contractors.
  • Develop strategies for brand submissions and technical discussions with authorities and design consultants.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) is required for this position.
  • The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, are essential.
