Marketing Manager Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to spearhead brand growth, drive sales across product lines, and strengthen presence both online and offline.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing annual marketing plans to achieve revenue, customer acquisition, and brand objectives.

  • Strategic Marketing & Branding: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth, improve brand awareness, and increase customer engagement.
  • Digital Marketing & Social Media: Lead performance marketing across paid ads, SEO/SEM, and email campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. Oversee social media content strategy to build community engagement.
  • Campaigns & Partnerships: Plan, manage, and execute product launches, festive promotions, and corporate campaigns. Collaborate with external vendors, media, and key partners to expand brand reach.
  • Customer Engagement & Experience: Drive loyalty and retention strategies, including CRM and membership programs. Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and sentiment to improve brand trust and experience.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team to deliver high-performing campaigns. Manage marketing budgets and track ROI on campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B, lifestyle, or retail.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design, branding, and storytelling.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for food, lifestyle, and creating memorable customer experiences.
