Account Development Specialist

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented professional to manage key accounts and build long-term client relationships. As a critical component of our sales department, you will be responsible for overseeing key account management, developing strategic partnerships, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute account plans that drive revenue growth and expand client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs, informing strategic decisions to enhance our offerings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist in business development activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling, to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare tailored quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution of client requests.
  • Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to management, enabling data-driven decision making.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, or events to promote our products and services, fostering brand awareness and engagement.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience in sales and business development.
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and client relationship management, with a proven track record of success in these areas.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
