Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Financial Administrator . The Financial Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial reports, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accounts up to Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss by processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Process payments and receipts; support Treasury operations by managing cash flow, forecasting financial performance, and implementing effective financial controls.
  • Assist with monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting by analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Support GST submissions and audits by ensuring accurate and timely preparation of tax returns, responding to audit queries, and maintaining detailed records.
  • Help with system implementations and ad-hoc finance projects by coordinating with stakeholders, developing project plans, and delivering results within set timelines.
  • Perform general finance-related administrative tasks by maintaining office supplies, managing mail and emails, and handling other clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably with a focus on financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced features such as pivot tables, vlookups, and conditional formatting.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers, and external partners.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (written & spoken), with excellent language skills and cultural awareness.
  • Knowledge of SAP accounting system will be an advantage but not compulsory.
  • Available to join immediately and commit to ongoing professional development and learning.
