Key Responsibilities
  1. Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring that all areas are clean and well-maintained.
  2. Cleaning and Sanitation: Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facilities.
  3. Customer Service: Manage customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  4. Manpower Deployment: Manage the deployment of staff to ensure that all areas of the facilities are adequately covered.
  5. Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Reporting and Administration: Prepare operations reports and perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Inspection: Experience in conducting site inspections and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Administrative Support: Ability to provide administrative support to the team as required.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage customer complaints.
