About the Role

This Scientist II position involves developing qPCR, NGS, and CE assays for new product introduction and supporting sustaining activities for existing products. You will independently develop and carry out verification and validation experiments, troubleshoot challenges, evaluate data, interpret findings, and maintain detailed records of experiments.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute verification and validation experiments to ensure product quality and performance.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
  • Evaluate and interpret experimental data to inform product development decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments and results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field (upper second-class level) with 4 years of practical experience, or Master's degree or equivalent experience with 2-3 years of work experience, or freshly graduated Ph.D.
  • Proficient understanding of molecular biology methodologies and laboratory practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and high ethical standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ISO13485 and CLSI guidelines.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and documentation best practices.
  • Resourcefulness and self-motivation with a drive for delivering high-quality results.
