Responsibilities
Conduct research on large model inference.
Design and implement advanced solutions for large model inference, including privacy-preserving methods.
Evaluate the effectiveness of algorithms and tools.
Write and publish research papers; present at reputable academic conferences.
Package documentation, implementation code, and evaluate project results for public release.
Collaborate with overseas and local team members and partners to achieve project goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
PhD in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering.
At least 4 years of relevant research experience in software engineering.
Publication of at least 3 first-authored papers in top-tier software engineering conferences or journals.
Strong knowledge of software engineering and AI.
Proficiency in Python and Java.
Experience in designing and implementing algorithms and data structures.
Good communication skills.
Analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated; able to work independently and in teams.
Ability to meet strict deadlines.
Experience as Research Assistant or Research Engineer is preferred.
Research outputs such as publications in reputable conferences or journals are advantageous.
