  • Process student passes, verify application details, and monitor course fees payments.
  • Ensure accuracy in student pass applications and timely submissions.
  • Liaise with ICA officers for rejected applications and appeals.
  • Update courses offered by the school and permitted by CPE in the ICA Solar+ System.
  • Prepare regular reports to the HOD.
  • Coordinate orientation and graduation ceremonies.
