STUDENT SERVICES EXECUTIVE

Based in Singapore, Barclyne College International has been grooming students for success since 1995 by priming students with an effective academic foundation that is enriched with real-world skills and values to prepare our graduates for their next journey in life.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Student Services Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in international or private school settings and be familiar with student onboarding processes. This role requires strong administrative skills to manage student pass applications, medical checkup flows, vaccination reports, and lodging arrangements for overseas students.
The ideal candidate should be bilingual in English and Mandarin, with additional foreign language skills being a plus. Participation in events and roadshows will also be required from time to time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding process for new students, including student pass applications and compliance with immigration requirements.
- Utilize the SOLAR+ system for student pass applications and maintain accurate records.
- Guide students through the medical checkup process and ensure timely submission of health documents.
- Handle HPB NIR vaccination reports and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Assist overseas students with lodging arrangements and provide necessary support for a smooth transition.
- Perform general administrative duties related to student enrollment and onboarding.
- Provide support for student welfare and assist in resolving any concerns regarding their transition.
- Attend and represent the company at events and roadshows as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in student services, preferably in an international or private school setting.
- Familiarity with student pass applications, SOLAR+ system, medical checkup processes, and vaccination documentation.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with students and parents.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- Additional foreign language proficiency is an advantage.
- Willingness to be present for events and roadshows as required.
