About the Role

The Process Optimization and Improvement Specialist will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives across the organization, identifying areas for improvement, developing project plans, and implementing changes that drive sustainable results. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop recommendations for process optimization.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in process optimization, change management, and leadership to drive business outcomes and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Your knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies will be essential in eliminating waste, optimizing workflows, and improving quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process improvement initiatives across the organization, including process mapping, gap analysis, and root cause analysis
  • Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop project plans
  • Develop recommendations for process optimization and implementation
  • Leverage Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and optimize workflows
  • Implement and maintain LEAN system methods, tools, and standards across all value stream sections
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of delivering business process improvements
  • Expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, with certification in White Belt or higher
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Proficiency in project management tools and technologies, including MS Excel, Access, or Tableau
