**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our d'Klub Mentoring Programme.

  • Contact new volunteers for orientation and training sessions.
  • Conduct orientation and relevant training for volunteers.
  • Deploy and schedule volunteers for each d'klub centre.
  • Maintain regular communication with volunteers through weekly circulars and lesson plans.
  • Plan and execute annual volunteers' retreats.
  • Evaluate programmes and services delivered by volunteers and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Prepare incident reports on volunteers' disciplinary matters.
Key Responsibilities
  • Engage children and volunteers in tuition and character building lessons.
  • Design and execute curriculum and/or character building lessons with volunteers.
  • Plan and implement outings and learning activities to boost children & volunteers' capacity and ability.
  • Conduct home visits to assess beneficiaries' families and evaluate their progress.
  • Coordinate with school principals/vice-principals/school counsellors.
  • FOLLOW up on irregular attendance with beneficiaries' parents and determine if they should continue the programme.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of beneficiaries and volunteers, including emergency contact lists.
Additional Duties
  • Provide administrative support to beneficiaries in submitting financial assistance applications.
  • Support programmes under Care Youth Department.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Head, Care Family Services (Care Youth).

Requirements

  • Degree holder (preferably in social sciences).
  • At least 1-year experience in community services and/or working with youths & children.

Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal skills and independent work capabilities.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Able to communicate effectively with colleagues, school personnel, and other agencies.

Skills and Proficiencies

  • Meticulous, well-organised, and diligent in handling youth administrative duties.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
