Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team.


Description:


This role involves handling customer inquiries and feedback, including site visits when necessary, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Additionally, the Field Service Technician will recommend solutions and support the resolution of technical issues to maintain high service standards.

The ideal candidate will guide and support internal service teams and external partners on job assignments, testing, and commissioning activities; verifying completed work. Maintaining accurate service records and documentation is also essential for smooth daily operations and supporting ongoing department goals.

Requirements:


  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in repairing and maintaining air-con, chiller, or ventilation systems.
  • Possess valid Class 3 driving license.
