Postdoctoral Researcher in Complex Systems Modelling

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated researcher to join our team as a Postdoctoral Researcher in Resilience Analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing resilience models for complex systems, considering human behaviors and climate changes.
About the Role:
The researcher will work closely with our team to develop statistical inference techniques to analyze resilience data. This includes drafting and submitting technical progress reports at regular intervals, presenting research progress and latest findings at regular intervals, and publishing quality research journal articles and conference proceedings internationally.
Requirements:
Applicants should have a PhD degree in industrial engineering, statistics or other relevant areas. A strong publication record in the area of resilience engineering or data science is also required. Good programming skills using Python, R, Matlab or Mathematica are essential.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have a strong passion for research and a desire to make a meaningful contribution to the field of resilience analysis.
