Administrative Coordinator for Postgraduate Studies

We are seeking an experienced administrative coordinator to support our postgraduate studies team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, preferably in an institute of higher learning, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
The role involves providing administrative support for admissions, course registration, examinations, and other academic matters related to postgraduate students. You will work closely with various departments and offices to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of tasks.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting admissions, course registration, and examination processes
- Coordinating with Associate Deans and Programme Directors on curriculum review and submissions
- Planning and managing examinations timetables
- Maintaining accurate records of graduate students' data in university systems
- Providing general administration support, including document preparation and updating policies
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A diploma or degree from a recognized university, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in administration
- Excellent office IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to engage and collaborate with people at different levels of the organization
- Service-oriented mindset and good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
