Culinary Team Member Wanted

We are seeking a skilled cook to join our kitchen crew at Vivocity. As a key member, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to meet high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and cook menu items to meet expectations
  2. Assist with food preparation, cutting, portioning, and plating
  3. Support inventory checks and proper storage of ingredients
  4. Work closely with the kitchen team and service crew to ensure smooth operations
  5. Assist in receiving, checking, and storing kitchen supplies
  6. Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a kitchen or F&B setting preferred
  2. Passion for cooking and willingness to learn Japanese culinary techniques
  3. Willingness to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  4. Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety
