Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Role

As a CSR Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving and supporting corporate social responsibility initiatives. Your primary focus will be on identifying potential CSR donors, cultivating relationships with corporates, and managing proposal submissions to secure project funding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Researching and identifying potential CSR partners and funding opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining a CSR donor database
  • Coordinating meetings with corporate CSR teams
  • Presenting our organization's projects

You will also work closely with internal departments for data collection and reporting, stay updated on CSR trends, policies, and compliance regulations, and support the Chief Relationship Officer (CRO) in preparing for donor meetings, documentation, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related fields
  • At least 2 years of experience in CSR or fundraising
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
