Regional Supply Chain Strategist

This role requires a blend of high-level vision and hands-on leadership, working closely with key stakeholders to develop and execute regional distribution strategies that align with global operations goals.

  • Contribute to defining a clear distribution strategy that aligns with global operations goals and local complexities.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable regional roadmaps and SMART goals.

You will be responsible for:

  • Buiding and maintaining strong relationships with commercial leaders to anticipate market needs.
  • Serving as the primary liaison between operations, stakeholders, and functions.
  • Facilitating cross-regional knowledge sharing and best-practice exchange.
  • Supporting, coaching, mentoring, and empowering operational leaders.

The ideal candidate will have around 10-15 years of supply-chain experience in a highly matrixed organization, preferably with global multi-national companies' experience.

This position must be based in the Asia-Pacific region, preferably at our head office. The role is primarily office-based, involving regular use of computers and extended periods of desk work.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Distribution Strategy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute regional distribution strategies that align with global operations goals.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial leaders and facilitate cross-regional knowledge sharing.
  • Operational Excellence: Support, coach, mentor, and empower operational leaders to achieve business objectives.
