- A global FMCG company are currently recruiting for a Regional Director, Warehousing & Distribution. Responsible for warehousing and distribution across Asia Pacific, this leadership role will encompass both operational and strategic responsibilities driving effectiveness and efficiencies across the various markets in the region.
- As Regional Director, you will lead a team responsible for identifying continuous improvement and operational excellence opportunities within warehousing and distribution such as process improvements, technology impact and upgrades, digitalisation solutions and acquiring or transitioning warehouses. In addition, you will develop and manage supplier relationships with 3PL partners and provide support to contract and tendering teams on 3PL service offerings. As a Leader in the region, you will also be responsible for defining and delivering talent management strategies and promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.-
