We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to drive new affiliation initiatives for our products and related events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively engage new affiliates to drive strategic new businesses
- Ability to lead, motivate, and grow new business deals by integrating our media products into their channel solution
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to grow initiatives - platform owners, operations, legal, and finance
- Define affiliate business opportunities and execute go-to-market plans independently
- At least a Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant media working experience
- Experience in business development through channel partners
- Self-motivated with the ability to be both a team player and work independently
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to identify potential opportunities and generate sales leads
- Achieve individual and group sales target
- Conceptualize, design, and execute business plans
- Able to multi-task to deliver within limited timelines and budgets
- Passion for new media and innovation is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
